Castro Valley, Calif. — Nurses Debby Moore, RN (left), and Dana Wells, RN (in lift), of Prevent, Inc. train nurses at Eden Medical Center how to use Prevent's new lift equipment. Eden Medical Center has implemented Prevent's "Get a Lift!" program and installed more than 40 new devices at its two campuses in Castro Valley and San Leandro, Calif. Each device can lift hundreds of pounds and be maneuvered with the touch of a finger.
