Question:

Help Donna! I have been specifically asked to forward a resume

with salary requirements. I'm not sure should I defer this question and

give a bad first impression or give a range and possibly be offered less

than I would have received if I left it blank?

Debt

Answer:

Dear Debt:

Include a cover letter with your resume that says something like "My

salary requirements for this position are completely negotiable. At this

time I am interested to see if the job is right for me and if I am right

for the job."

From a practical stand point, you can't have a salary requirement when

you don't have specifics about the job, yet, right?

Good Luck!
