Newborn Nurse
Dear Donna replies:
Dear Newborn Nurse,
For live classes or tutoring/coaching in your area, I recommend you contact your state and local chapter of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (www.nann.org) and/or the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (www.awhonn.org). Also, you can contact the national office of both associations to see if they know of related national courses.
I found this course in Texas by doing an Internet search
http://www.proedcenter.com/cart/courses.php?view=course&course_id=118 I have no knowledge of the company or the presenters, but you can use it as a starting point for finding additional information.
Of course there are online prep courses available, which you can find by doing an Internet search. Pearls Review has many related online courses http://www.pearlsreview.com/Maternal-Newborn-(RNC-MNN)—Low-Risk-Neonatal-Nursing-(RNC-LRN).
Best wishes,
Donna
