Question:

Dear Donna,

I am 51 years old and do not have a BSN. I am unable to attend school due to financial reasons. Are there any programs that might help me?

Financially Strapped

Dear Donna replies:

Dear Financially Strapped,

There is plenty of scholarship money available for those who go after it. Read “Master the scholarship game” (www.Nurse.com/Cardillo/ScholarshipGame). Lack of funds never should be a reason not to go back to school. Where there is a will, there always is a way.

Best wishes,
Donna
