Question:

Dear Donna,

I hold RN licenses in Florida, Virginia and New York. Am I required to complete CEU's for all three states separately?

Need CE Requirements

Dear Donna replies:

Dear Need CE Requirements,

You need to meet the individual CE requirements of each state in which hold a current license. However, one course can be used to satisfy the requirements of all three states in your case. In other words, if you take a particular course, you can submit that course information to all three states to show proof that you took the required CEs. The CEs can be completed online, unless otherwise indicated.

You can find the CE requirements by state at CE.Nurse.com/RStateReqmnt.aspx. And you'll find plenty of online and live CEs at CE.Nurse.com.

Best wishes,
Donna
