Question:

Dear Donna,

Where do I send my continuing education unit certificates to get credit for my required 15 hours?

Needs Credit

Dear Donna replies:

Dear Needs Credit,

Presuming you are referring to required credits for your nursing license, you'll have to check with your state board of nursing. Find them here www.ncsbn.org/contactbon.htm. Some states require you complete them, but do not send them in unless specifically requested to do so. Either way, you do have to keep your own ongoing records.

Best wishes,
Donna
