Presuming you are referring to required credits for your nursing license, you'll have to check with your state board of nursing. Find them here www.ncsbn.org/contactbon.htm. Some states require you complete them, but do not send them in unless specifically requested to do so. Either way, you do have to keep your own ongoing records.
