Question:

Dear Donna,

I am applying to Sidra Medical and Research Center in Doha, Qatar for a job, but I am interested in three positions. Should I submit an application and cover letter for each job? I am curious if three applications will confuse them or make me appear not to be a serious candidate.

Interested in Multiple Positions

Dear Donna replies:

Dear Interested in Multiple Positions,

It is not uncommon for a nurse to apply for several positions in the same institution. So sending in three applications should not confuse them or make you look bad. It appears from looking at Sidra’s website that each candidate is initially screened against an individual job’s requirements, so separate applications probably are required anyway.

Best wishes,
Donna
