Jane M. Read, RN
Nurse residency program developer Versant has named Jane M. Read, RN, MSN, vice president of business development.
She most recently served as assistant administrator/chief nursing officer at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, Ill., where she implemented the Versant RN Residency and saw the new graduate nurse turnover rate drop by more than 65%.
Read, who has more than 25 years of experience in strategic, financial, and operational management, will help Versant increase its national presence and expand its residency program. She has also held a management position at Ernst & Young and leadership positions at BJC Health System in St. Louis.
