USC University Hospital and USC/Norris Cancer Hospital have graduated 16 students from their Versant RN Residency Program.

Versant Advantage designed the 18-week program, which has been implemented in hospitals around the country, to help fill the nation's current and projected nursing shortages.

The ceremony took place Dec. 10 at San Antonio Winery in Los Angeles.
