The April issue of the journal Clinical Cancer Research reports men could get protection from advanced prostate cancer from omega-3 fatty acids. Researchers from the University of California, San Francisco studied 466 men with aggressive prostate cancer and 478 healthy men. Men with the highest intake of omega-3s had a 63% lower risk of aggressive prostate cancer.
