St. Luke’s Hospital has been designated a Magnet nursing facility by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
It is the first and only hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the sixth in the state to receive the award, according to a news release.

“Although the designation is granted by ANCC, it reflects the culture of the entire hospital organization. Clinical staff, physicians, support staff, and administrators are working together to provide the healthcare we’d like our loved ones to receive.”
