To kick off the week, Janice Petrella Lynch, RN, MSN, regional reporter for Gannett Healthcare Group, publisher of Nurse.com, gave a writing workshop. With the theme of "Anatomy of an Article," Lynch discussed brainstorming for topics, developing the heart of the article, creating strong leads and harnessing the power of words with an audience of about 75 nurses. The PowerPoint presentation was placed on the JFK intranet for those who could not attend.
