As woman older than 70, I found the Aug. 13 News & Trends article “NHS data: Sleep duration linked to Alzheimer’s biomarker” (www.Nurse.com/Article/SleepandDementia) interesting. I hope to see a follow up about why participants slept the number of hours documented. Was it health reasons, different sleep schedules after retirement, choice or some other factor?
