Since 1996, National Research Corp. has awarded hospitals whose consumers have recognized them for providing quality healthcare services. The award identifies the top hospitals that healthcare consumers have chosen as having the highest quality and best image.

The corporationís market insights survey studies data from more than 250,000 U.S. households representing more than 450,000 consumers in the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. From the households surveyed, 3,200 hospitals named by consumers are analyzed and ranked.
