Jewish Guild Healthcare, Manhattan, has promoted Wanda Figueroa-Kilroy, RN, MSN, to president and Eileen Hanley, RN, MBA, to COO of GuildNet.

Established by the Guild in 1997, GuildNet offers managed long-term care. It serves more than 14,500 members with multiple plans to care for people with chronic diseases.

“Wanda [Figueroa-Kilroy] has played an integral role in GuildNet’s growth from its early days,” Guild President and CEO Alan R. Morse said in a news release. “Her new leadership role places her in a position to further grow and develop GuildNet’s exemplary model of care for its rapidly increasing membership.”

Figueroa-Kilroy has led GuildNet as executive vice president since 2004. She joined the Guild in 2000 as GuildNet’s director of clinical operations/patient services. She then became vice president of clinical operations/patient services, then senior vice president for GuildNet.

Hanley has been GuildNet’s senior vice president since 2008. She joined the Guild in 2004 as assistant vice president of clinical services for GuildNet.
“Eileen’s management has been a significant contribution to GuildNet’s success,” Morse said in the release. “In this new role, I know she will continue to help GuildNet achieve its goals and continue to be the outstanding program it has become.”
