Danielle LeGates and Thomasina Roe, students at the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing in Lewes, Del., have received the Beebe Medical Staff Scholarship, according to a news release.

The scholarship recognizes exceptional clinical performance in nursing, in accordance with the criteria established by the student services committee of the School of Nursing. The medical staff at Beebe created the nursing scholars program to support the nursing education of eligible SON candidates who intend to work in the community after graduation.

LeGates and Roe live in Lewes and plan to seek employment at Beebe. Both are graduating in May and plan to pursue MSN degrees.
