Nyack Behavorial Health Center chooses nurse as program director

Nyack (N.Y.) Hospital has named Nancy C. Magliocca, RN, MS, as the program director of its newly opened Behavioral Health Center.
Magliocca served in healthcare positions as director, inpatient behavioral health programs; director, inpatient mental health programs; director, clinical support services; and marketing representative for an acute care hospital.
“We are very pleased to have Nancy join us to manage our new behavioral health center,” Michael Rader, MD, vice president and medical director, said in a news release. “She brings a wealth of experience and an enthusiasm which will serve her well in her new role.”
Magliocca has a master of science in nursing administration from Pace University, Pleasantville, N.Y.; a BSN from State University of New York, New Paltz; and a diploma in nursing from Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing, Troy, N.Y.
The Behavioral Health Center is an adult acute care psychiatric unit that offers a full spectrum of psychiatric services and care.
