Westchester Visiting Nurse Services Group, Inc., White Plains, N.Y., the parent organization of VNS Westchester and its affiliate, Westchester Care at Home, announced two new appointments to its governing board at its May 27 meeting.

Kyle O’Loughlin-Cahill, RN, BSN, MPA, FACHE, was elected board chairwoman, replacing Patricia W. Siebecker, who retired from the board in May. She works as a consultant in quality management at the Oscar Health Insurance Company in New York City.

“I look forward to working with the board and management team to build an even stronger VNSW as we look forward to another transformative phase in healthcare in Westchester County and beyond,” O’Loughlin-Cahill said in a news release.

Amy Ansehl, RN, MSN, DNP, a member of the board since 2011, was elected vice chairwoman. She has served as executive director, Partnership for a Healthy Population, director of public health practice and assistant professor in New York Medical College’s School of Health Sciences and Practice since 2000. She recently was promoted to associate professor.
