Nurse Responses director of Clinical Call Center Operations, Elaine Sneed, RN, spoke at the recent LVM Systems Users Conference in Gilbert, Ariz., where healthcare professionals from multiple settings met to discuss and learn about the latest technologies and trends.
Sneed delivered a presentation titled, Integrating Software to Effectively Navigate Multiple Healthcare Landscapes. According to a news release, the presentation included an in-depth overview of Nurse Responses multilevel approach to providing high-quality healthcare to those it serves, while ensuring the proper use of healthcare resources.
Sneed is known for her thorough understanding of healthcare call center analytics and metrics. In her role with Nurse Response, Sneed oversees call center operations at all five of Nurse Responses URAC accredited healthcare call centers, a role which requires Sneed to consistently manage, forecast and fulfill staffing needs. Nurse Response has five office locations in the U.S., including one in Tempe, Ariz.
She holds a bachelors degree in healthcare management and a nursing degree from Maryville University, St. Louis, Mo.
